It has graphs for server population, population trends, and server stats, including uptime, and a population index calculated from the load levels provided by SWTOR.

SWTOR Reverse Engineering Guide

All you want to know about Reverse Engineering in SWTOR and then some more can be found in this great guide at the  SWTOR main site: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=45866. Unfortunately, it has not been stickied, but hopefully it won’t get buried.

The guide contains information on what items can be reverse engineered and about the general results of reverse engineering: materials and improved schematics / recipes. It discusses the potential results of RE’ing items of the different item qualities (color coded: green, blue, purple and orange).

Crafted gear will have prefixes who describe which attributes are improved on the item. This guide has a table to decode those prefixes.
